GUIDELINES & ETHICS:
1.Entries for the Rahma Short Film Festival are open for university students only.
2.The Short Film should reflects about integration of disabled children(3-18 year old).
3.The short film can be in any language. However, all films must include sub-titles in English.
4.The total runtime of the Short Film, including opening & closing credits, should strictly be up to 3 minutes.
5.All content used in the short film must be either owned or licensed. If any copyrighted material is used in the film, the participant must have the permission and submit a copy to the Organizers.
6.You cannot display faces of people with special needs unless you have a written permission from their care givers.
7.The Last Date for Submissions will be the 1st of March 2020, the ceremony date will be March 10.
8.Short films must be uploaded to WeTransfer or Youtube must be made available for download

9.Previously made short film are not eligible for entry.
10.Rahma for special needs reserves the rights to copy or use the material submitted by the participants in any form, online or offline, for the festival’s promotional and archival purposes.
11.The short films that are selected for final screening will not be allowed to withdraw under any circumstances until the festival is over.
12.Judges decision will be final and binding.

– It is not necessary to show only success stories
– Make sure the message you want to deliver is POSITIVE!
– Emphasiz on the society
– What can we do towards integration.
– Suggest Solutions, experts opinions matters in some cases.
– Be creative!
