Ihsan was selected as the ICT & Vocational Supervisor of Rahma for Special needs (RSN) from 2016, Ihsan also is an Admin Coordinator for several funded program by MOSA, UNICEF, LHF, ANERA, The World Bank.

Ihsan began her career as a ICT Coordinator than became as the ICT & Vocational Supervisor of the center, he has over than 8 years of experience in the field.
Ihsan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Studies (Lebanese University), a Master of Computer and Telecommunication (Lebanese University). Ihsan holds a lots of appreciation and excellence awards from Rahma for Special Needs such: The Appreciation Award (Summer Camp project 2018), Appreciation Certificate (UNICEF Project), Awareness Assistive technology.
